Why tender-man?

Since I was young, I love the international relations, to meet people from different countries around the world, concretly from african countries. I studied international trade and nowadays, at work I'm the person incharged of tenders. Tender? What is a tender? Tender is not only a fragile, delicate, immature or young person or object, tender is also a bid.

Tender is the process by which a jurical or physical person needs a quotation to implement the product or the service required for the project; if a company wants to participate in this contest it has to present the best option at the best price. The offers must, almost always, be presented in a sealed envelope with company information, prices, technical information, acceptation of the tender conditions, etc. When the deadline arrives, the government, the association, etc. must study all the offers to decide which is the best option for their project, then, they have to publish the winner and start to implement the project.
